Welcome to Health Pro for iOS support. Here, you'll find help documents that will allow you to make the most of Health Pro, and hopefully rectify any issues that you may be having.

First Steps

Download Health Pro

Health Pro is available through the Apple iOS App Store with an active Internet connection.

  1. Tap the "App Store" icon on the Home Screen.
  2. In the search field, query "Health Pro."
  3. Find the application designed by Adeline Labs Inc.
  4. Tap the "GET" button and authenticate yourself to allow for the downlaod to commence.
  5. Once downloaded, head over to your Home Screen and find Health Pro.
  6. Tap the Health Pro application icon to start the set up process.

Creating a Profile

Profiles on Health Pro allow you to keep track of person-specific information. Moreover, person-specific information is integrated throughout Health Pro to keep track of appointments, medications, doctors, and other records respective to an individual.

  1. Tap the Profiles tab located on the bottom of your screen.
  2. Tap the + button on the top right-hand corner of the screen to add a new profile.
  3. Fill out all relevant fields.
  4. Tap the Done button located on the top-right hand corner of the screen.
To edit the profile, tap the person's name from the Profile tab main table view. Tap the field you want to edit to make changes.

Adding an Appointment

Appointments on Health Pro allow you to keep track of all your trips to the doctor, and write down any relevant information about what happened during the visit and any future activities that need to be done, such as follow-ups and test results.

  1. Tap the Appointments tab located on the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap the + button in the top right-hand corner of the screen. This will bring you to the New Appointments view.
  3. Fill out all necessary fields for the appointment.
  4. Tap the Done button located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Adding a Medication

  1. Tap the Medications tab located on the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap the + in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Fill out relevant fields.
  4. To view more information about the medication or drug, tap the WebMD and the Drugs.com buttons to learn more. An active Internet connection is required.
  5. Tap the Done button located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Adding a Doctor

  1. Tap the Doctors tab located on the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap the + button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Fill out all necessary fields for the doctor.
  4. Tap the Done button located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Uninstall Health Pro

Health Pro can be uninstalled from your iOS device. When uninstalled, all data associated with Health Pro that is stored locally (on your iOS device) shall be erased. However, additional steps may be needed to erase data from cloud services that you may have used.

  1. Locate Health Pro on your Home Screen of your iOS device.
  2. Hold the Health Pro icon for a few seconds until the icons start to wiggle.
  3. Tap the 'X' located on the top left-hand corner of the application icon.
  4. You will see an alert view asking if you are sure you want to uninstall Health Pro. Tap Delete to confirm the uninstallation of Health Pro.

Notifications

Pill Reminder

One of Health Pro's revolutionary features is Pill Reminder. Pill Reminder will remind you when to take your next dose of your medication. The following instructions will guide you on how to set up Pill Reminder for a particular medication.

  1. Select the Medications tab on the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select the medication you would like to be reminded about.
  3. Scroll down to the area with the title "Pill Reminder."
  4. Tap on the Notifications button.
  5. Use your finger to scroll between dates and times. Select the date and time you would like to be reminded.
  6. Scroll down and tap the Save button to save your preferences.
You will be reminded to take the medication according to the date and time you had selected.

App-Wide Notifications

The following instructions shall guide you to manage app-wide notifications. This includes modifying settings for sounds, badges, and alert styles.

  1. On the Home Screen, locate and tap the Settings icon.
  2. Scroll down and find Health Pro in the table view that has all your installed applications.
  3. Tap Notifications.
  4. You may select to enable or disable notifications all together by the first green switch titled Allow Notifications.
  5. You can select to enable sound, badges on the Health Pro icon, notifications on lockscreen.
  6. Scrolling down further will guide you to an area to control the alert style when your device is unlocked. Select which style you would like when Health Pro is sending you a notification.

Appointment Reminders

Appointment Reminder is designed to remind you about an appointment.

  1. Select the Appointments tab on the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select the appointment you would like to be reminded about.
  3. Scroll down to the section titled Reminders.
  4. Use the date and time ticker to scroll and select the date and time you would like to be reminded about the appointment.
  5. Tap the Save button to save your preferences.
You will now be reminded of your appointment according to the date and time you selected.

Security

Health Pro 2 introduced advanced security integration to ensure that only the right people have access to your health data. Health Pro allows you to set a memorable password, and on iOS devices with TouchID, you can use your fingerprint to login.

Setting up security in Health Pro is easy! Simply follow the steps below to get started!

  1. Tap the Health Pro icon on your Home Screen.
  2. Select the More tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap on Security.
  4. Click the Password switch in the right hand corner.
  5. Enter a password and re-enter it confirm. It's highly recommended that you enter a hint in case you forget your password.
  6. Tap on the Enable Touch ID switch in the right hand corner.
  7. Tap Save.
And that's it, you're all setup! Now, everytime you quit Health Pro you'll be required to login!

Some Additional Notes

  • Should you forget your password, you will not be able to recover it. Uninstalling and reinstalling Health Pro will not allow you to reset your password or start fresh.
